Report Toolbar on bottom of the page
the report ?kam,
Interesting question. I presume you mean the control, that renders the
report (RepoertViewer) - short answer I'd say no BUT
Given the C# source, you could create your own control that interacts with
the ReportViewer control and be sensitised to it's state. This could allow a
semblance of interactivity. Never tried it but just a thought.

Report Title in Internet Explorer Tab
of having it render "Report Viewer"? Seems that users are opening many
reports and it is hard to find the one you want with many windows open. Any
Thoughts?
Thanks

As far as I know, there is not. The closest thing you will be able to
do is export the report(s) to Web Archive (MHTML) and the report name
itself will appear in the IE tab. Of course, if you are willing to
render the reports to web archive programmatically, you can build an
ASP.NET application that allows you to append HTML to the web archive
output (via possibly: Streamreader, Stringbuilder.Append and
Streamwriter) and try to create the IE tabs from the Report Title
information. Hope this helps.

Report Server FileShare Subscription example
any example talking about Subscription using Report Server FileShare ? I
only find the example of Report Server Email subscription in Books online. I
try the following code and I successfully create subscription. But when I
try to edit it, error is shown - "Object reference not set to an instance of
an object"
The code is as follows:
Dim FileNamePara As New ParameterValue
FileNamePara.Name = "File Name"
FileNamePara.Value = "Invoice Summary "
extensionParams(0) = FileNamePara
Dim PathPara As New ParameterValue
PathPara.Name = "Path"
PathPara.Value = "\\shkg013devfs\temp\may"
extensionParams(1) = PathPara
Dim renderPara As New ParameterValue
renderPara.Name = "RenderFormat"
renderPara.Value = "PDF"
extensionParams(2) = renderPara
settings.ParameterValues = extensionParams
Dim datRptGenTime As Date
datRptGenTime = DateAdd(DateInterval.Day, 1, Now)
Dim eventType As String = "TimedSubscription"
Dim matchData As String = "<ScheduleDefinition>" & _
"<StartDateTime>" & datRptGenTime.Year & "-" & _
IIf(datRptGenTime.Month < 10, "0" & datRptGenTime.Month,
datRptGenTime.Month) & "-" & _
IIf(datRptGenTime.Day < 10, "0" & datRptGenTime.Day, datRptGenTime.Day) &
"T08:00:00" & _
"+08:00</StartDateTime>" & _
"</ScheduleDefinition>"
Try
mRSProxyUtil.rs.CreateSubscription(ReportName, settings, sEmaiDesc,
eventType, matchData, parameters)
Catch e As SoapException
Console.WriteLine(e.Detail.InnerText.ToString())
End TryI'm not sure why you are getting the object reference error. Is RS
returning it?
Anyway, you are not using the correct setting names. To find the correct
names call GetExtensionSettings. This will return a list of extension names
that the extension excepts. There is a flag that will tell you if the
setting is required or not.

Report Run from a list instead of all
I am not sure where i should post this question since it falls both in Report Server and T-Sql but here goes...
I currently need to run a Report that has only specified records that the client/user wants clicking the check in the check box next to the record they want. They can pick as many or a few of the records that want then run a report only with the records they indicated they wanted... i am thinking they will need some kind of t-sql statement either a function or temp table but i am not sure if even that...
if anyone has any ideas please reply...
Thanks,
WoFe
maybe this helps understand what i need.
EXAMPLE: Instead of running a report on records 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
they would run the report on records: 2, 5, 6, 9
WoFe:
One way to implement a short list process is to implement something like Jen Suessmeyer's "split" function; this function can be found at:
http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=326300&SiteID=1
another more general write-up discussing strings and arrays can be found here:

Give these links a look.
