Can we replace report toolbar on the bottom of the report instead of top of

Interesting question. I presume you mean the control, that renders the
report (RepoertViewer) - short answer I'd say no BUT
Given the C# source, you could create your own control that interacts with
the ReportViewer control and be sensitised to it's state. This could allow a
semblance of interactivity. Never tried it but just a thought.
