Report Server/Reporting Data Services in SQL 2005 Express

As stated in this page:

The above-mentioned features are to be part of SQL Server 2005 Express at a
future date.
Does anyone know when this is to be?

You need the SQL Express with Advanced Services Edition.
I believe that the definitive version of SP1 should be available later
this month.

The information I got from someone in Microsoft was Reporting services
was still not available for SQL Express.
If as you say Reporting Services is available in reporting Services how
does the licensing work
