Hi,
i did install srs sucessfully but i couldnt run reportserver nor my
http://localhost/report works.
And even i couldnt find reportserver in adminstrative tools [services] to
restart the report server.
and i can see the result in preview,
But when i deploy or click f5 to see in browser it provides an error as no
report server found at blah blah.
Do you want me to reinstall else are we having any remedy for it.

You should try http://localhost/reports (with a final "s"). Your URL
is wrong.
In the Services window, Reporting Services should be visible as
ReportServer. If you don't have that I suspect that your install
wasn't complete.

MVP - InfoPath|||Hi,
It seems like I am getting a similar error - "Report Services instance could
not be found". However, from services, I am able to start and stop SQL
Server Reporting Services. I get the error when I try to connect to
Reporting Services from Management Studio. I am using Sept CTP.
How do I verify that I have this installed correctly? From the folder
structure, I'm seeing MSSQL.1, MSSQL.2, and MSSQL.3, so I am pretty sure I
installed all components that's on the CD.
Any help is appreciated!
