Report Server and Sharepoint Services

Hello,
Is there some problems between ReportServer and Sharepoint services ?
I have two servers in Win 2003 Server. On is PDC and the second is a
standalone server.
On the first, I have activated Sharepoint services before installing
ReportServer. And ReportServer doesn't work.
On the second, I have installed ReportServer before Sharepoint Services.
ReportServer was working very well before I activate Sharepoint Services.
Do you know some issue about this 2 products ?
ThanksHave you excluded the Reporting Services sites from the SharePoint Portal
Server site?
