Hello, Just wondering if anyone can provide a solution to the following:
You are viewing a published report and the underlying data changes. If you
click on the refresh button in Internet Explorer, the report still displays
the old / unchanged data (clicking on the RS refresh button returns the new
data).
Is there any way to force Internet Explorer to get a new copy of the report
with the new / changed data, when the IE refresh button is clicked. This is
important as the report is being executed from an application and the users
wonâ't have access to the RS refresh button. Thanks.Make sure, that on the report manager, clcik on the properties of the report,
and on the execution tab, make sure it is set to "Always run with most recent
data" and "Do not cache " option is checked.
Also try using the refresh button in the report managertool bar, and not the
IE refresh button. This refresh button is present next to to the export drop
down list. (Will be visible after you run the report).
Apart from this cant think of anything else. Hope that helps.
