I have designed a report that hits a large table of over a million rows. The report runs in the development environment as a preview. When deployed, the report runs about 1.5 hours and then returns an error. The report is set not to timeout. What could be causing this behavior? What error is being returned?

Report Service Seems to Go to Sleep
Hi,
I have a report server that is working almost fine and dandy. The only
little snafu seems to be if no one hits the server for "a while" the
report server seems to "go to sleep". Bringing up a report after it
has done this can take a little time, but any subsequent reports come
up nice and fast as they should. I also notice on the first hit in a
long time that the following message in the event log shows up:
"The ReportServer service has been activated."
Occassionally I will even see a timeout error occur the first time I
try to go to a report. But if I try it a second time it comes up nice
and quick. Is there a way to tune report server so that it doesn't do
this? Has anyone else run into this?
Thanks,

long as you like.
