report services installation problem

Hello, i am having a installation problem that is giving this error:

SQL Server Setup failed to obtain system account information for the ASPNET account. To proceed, reinstall the .NET Framework, and then run SQL Server Setup again.

the sql server 2005 only installed after i disabled report services from setup.

any ideas about solving this problem?

Hi,

When installing Reporting Services 2005, you can do an "install only" (not configure). Doing so, the installation process will just copy the needed files but not trying to configure accounts and the rest of stuff. Once the installation is done, you may revert to the Reporting Services Configuration Tool to configure items one at a time, and trying to understand or debug what is going on...

Hi ,

I am Also getting same problem while installing SQLServer 2005 on my machine.

I came to notice that SQLServer 2005 will install .Net Framework2.0 will automatically and we need to uninstall Framework 2.0 manually if We have already.So,I have already Net Framework2.0 on my machine.But i am using Framework in my WPF application and project is in ending position.So now i can't uninstall ramework2.0.What i have to do.

Please Help me...
